With over 20 years experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in the service sector and manufacturing, Rhys has developed successful businesses with the major UK retailers, foodservice, suppliers & vendors, along with building highly effective teams within both PLC and SME companies.    Rhys is also a Coach & Mentor to a number of business owners.

Gareth has over 10 years experience in the FMCG industry, specialising in retail, export and manufacturing, mostly in high impact commercial roles. Gareth consistently develops successful commercial strategies for sustainable business growth, new market entry and improving profitability .   Gareth has also developed and launched his own brand into the market.

GARETH - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jen has 18 years experience in the FMCG Industry having worked with customers to grow their categories YOY through marketing and development. Jen has extensive knowledge and experience in market analysis, consumer research and presentation creation and has led UK wide research plans implemented for FMCG customers.    Jen has superior skills in event and project management.

JEN - BUSINESS MANAGER

Dan has significant experience within FMCG across multiple product categories and sectors. Having worked with brands from pre revenue start up through to blue chip, Dan understands the challenges of the industry but also what it takes to make a launch successful and sustainable. Dan has strong connections across public and private sector and works closely with distributors and end customers to showcase new and exciting brands.    He works with brands on projects ranging from strategy creation, business development, account management and team leadership.

Luke is responsible for designing and implementing growth plans for clients and developing products into the market for retailers and national accounts. He has experience in delivering growth into the FMCG industry for retailers, along with working with manufacturers    Luke has in depth knowledge of concept to launch process, particularly with discounters.

Lowri achieved a first class degree, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, marketing strategy, consumer behaviour and CRM management.    She has a wealth of knowledge of marketing and experience in events and customer service.
